All prices per week for the villa are based on
British pounds £ RENTAL RATES
Rental rates include weekly change over of linen and towels.
A booking deposit of (£100) British pounds is required
through a bank transfer within 15 days of booking the villa.
This is a non returnable deposit. A booking contract will
be sent out to you to confirm your holiday dates at the
villa once the deposit has cleared with the bank. There
is a (£200) security / breakage deposit required.
This is returned to you after the inventory check has been
completed. The final payment and security deposit need to
be paid 8 weeks before your arrival. (Please refer
to terms and conditions for cancellation refunds)
All payments for the villa must be made In Euros.
Please Note: The owner of this property
accepts payment in the original currency specified before
the use of a currency conversion tool to the Euro equivalent
which is calculated at the time of your booking.
